Something not right?

Email support@tryadler.app. It comes straight to me, the person who made Adler, and I reply within two working days.

Cancel a subscription or the trial

On your iPhone: Settings, your name at the top, Subscriptions, Adler, Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Get a refund

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Adler.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Adler, and tap Restore purchase on the plans screen.

Move your records to a new phone

In Adler, open Settings and export a backup file. Send it to yourself or save it to Files, then open it in Adler on the new phone.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check that notifications for Adler are on in iOS Settings, and that a Focus mode isn’t holding them back.
