Adler reminds you on patch day, logs a hot flash in one tap, and walks you into your next appointment with the before and after on one page.

A woman curled in a blue armchair reading, a weekly pill box and a cup of tea beside her.

Walk in with it on one page.

What you take, when the dose changed, the side effects, and the questions you want to ask. A PDF you print or send before your check‑up, so ten minutes is enough.

Everything on it is what you logged. Adler never says what the numbers mean. That part is for you and your doctor.

An example appointment summary: what I want from this visit, three symptoms before and after a dose change, treatment, sleep, side effects and my questions.
An example page. Yours fills in as you go.
A woman seen from behind standing in the sea, a small HRT patch on her hip.

Never wonder if it’s patch day.

Adler tells you when it’s due and where the last one went, and picks the next spot for you. Patches, gel, spray or pills.

Your next patch day sits on your Home Screen and Lock Screen too.

One tap when a hot flash hits.

Hot flash, rough night, foggy day. One tap, no sliders, nothing to score. Or say it in your own words.

Everything you can log
A hot flash just logged: the count goes up to 3 and a bar at the bottom says Hot flash saved, with Undo.
A blonde woman wading into a cold blue sea, arms up, swim cap in her hand.

Your before and after, in your own taps.

Your three worst symptoms and your sleep, before you started and now. Every dose change is marked, so you can see what happened after it.

Turn on Apple Health and your sleep sits beside your symptoms: hours asleep and the times you woke, before and after.

These are counts of your taps, never a verdict. What they mean is a conversation with your doctor.

The Progress screen: hot flashes each week as bars, with a dotted line where the dose went up.

Back to feeling like you.

Adler keeps the record. You get on with the rest.

  • A woman with a silver bun and pearl earring, seen from behind, watching an orange sun.
  • Three friends on a bench, arms round each other, watching the sun set over the sea.
  • A woman in an orange swim cap wading into a cold blue sea at sunrise.
  • A woman in a red polka-dot dress dancing with her arms up on a yellow ground.
  • A woman in a red coat walking a small dog down an autumn path between tall trees.
  • A woman with a silver bob, dark sunglasses, red lipstick and a striped top.
  • A woman with a long brown plait sitting cross-legged on a jetty at dawn.
  • A woman in a trench coat under a red umbrella on a rainy street at dusk.
  • A woman in a straw hat and white dress carrying a basket through a meadow of flowers.
  • A blonde woman in sunglasses and a polka-dot swimsuit floating on turquoise water.
  • A grandmother holding a small child's hand at the edge of the sea.
  • A woman on a mountain top with her walking poles raised in the air.
  • A woman with her eyes closed in a gold patterned coat, in the style of Klimt.

One price, said plainly.

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s a record. Adler writes down what you tell it and shows it back. It doesn’t diagnose anything or tell you what to take.

I don’t have periods any more.

That’s fine. The first thing it asks is whether you have them. Irregular, stopped, or ended with surgery, it works the same.

Who can see what I log?

Only you. No account, no server, no ads. Everything stays on your iPhone, and you can lock the app with Face ID.

What happens when the trial ends?

You hear about it first. With notifications on, Adler reminds you two days before the 7 days are up. Without them, it tells you the exact day when you start. Cancel in Settings before then and you’re not charged.

Which HRT does it work with?

Patches, gel, spray and pills. Tell it what you take and how often, and it reminds you at the right time. For a patch it also remembers where the last one went.

I’m not on HRT. Is it any use?

Yes. Track anything you’re trying, from a new prescription to cutting out wine, and see the same before and after.

Does it use Apple Health?

Only if you say yes. It reads your sleep, the hours asleep and the times you woke, to show beside your symptoms. It never writes to Health and the app works the same without it.

Can I say it instead of typing?

Yes. Hold the microphone and talk. The words are turned into a note on your phone, not on a server.

What if I get a new phone?

Export a backup file from Settings and open it on the new phone. The file is yours to keep wherever you like.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Adler is iPhone only for now.
